AdvisorOS routes every client financial change through an AI review queue that writes the change and its audit trail in the same transaction. The evidence exists by construction — not reconstructed the week before an exam.

The AdvisorOS AI Review Queue: an AI-extracted balance-sheet update — an Asheville property mortgage liability — held for an advisor to Approve or Dismiss.
The AI Review Queue — every client financial change waits for an advisor before it posts.

How a client change becomes a record.

The same path runs whether the change arrives by forwarded email, an uploaded statement, or a manual edit. Three steps, every time.

  1. Extracted

AI reads the forwarded email or uploaded document and proposes the change — a holding, a balance-sheet item, a cash movement.

  2. Reviewed

Nothing posts on its own. The change waits in the AI Review Queue for an advisor to approve or dismiss it.

  3. Recorded

On approval, the change and a timestamped audit row are written in the same transaction — captured, never edited in place.

Three contact-history audit rows — a Lake House asset added, a portfolio update, and a 529 account created from AI review — each captured immutably with a June 9, 2026 6:54 PM timestamp.
Approved changes land in the timeline as timestamped, immutable audit rows.

What you hand the examiner.

When the request comes, you export — you don't reconstruct. Each report is generated from the same records, prepared in support of a specific rule.

Built by a licensed advisor who lived the problem.

AdvisorOS was built by a licensed advisor (Series 7, 63, 65) who worked inside an RIA and lived its compliance problems firsthand — documents lost in shared drives, reviews tracked on sticky notes, evidence assembled in a panic.
